- Delivery Issues
7.1. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photos and refuse the package immediately.
7.2. For packages appearing intact on the outside, inspect the contents in the presence of the carrier to check for concealed damage.
7.3. Should you discover any internal damage due to shipping, please refuse the package at that time. Concealed damage claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.
