Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Paradigm Van Conversions! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
- Returns
1.1. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any product that is damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.
- Return Process
2.1. Before returning an item, please contact our customer support team at Support@ParadigmVanConversions.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.
2.2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.
2.3. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds
3.1. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
3.2. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Exchanges
4.1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange.
4.2. Similar to returns, the item you want to exchange must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.
4.3. You will be responsible for any price differences and shipping costs associated with the exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items
5.1. The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items that are discounted or on sale.
- Damaged or Defective Items
6.1. In the event that the item arrives visibly damaged during delivery, we kindly request you to document the damage by taking photographs and promptly refuse the package. If there is any suspicions that the package may contain concealed damage, inspect the contents in the presence of the carrier to ensure there is no concealed damage before accepting delivery. Shipping insurance claims become more challenging once delivery and package condition are accepted.
6.2. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos or videos showing the issue.
6.3. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for damaged or defective items, including any shipping costs incurred.
- Late or Missing Refunds
7.1. If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, first check your bank account again.
7.2. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@ParadigmVanConversions.com for further assistance.
- Changes to the Return Policy
8.1. Paradigm Van Conversions reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the return policy will be posted on our website.
